Wirkungsweise, Effekte, Studien

 

 

Innerhalb der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin ist Qi Gong die unspezifischste Intervention, aber auch diejenige mit dem breitesten Wirkungsspektrum. Aus Sicht der TCM und des Qi Gong haben alle gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen eine energetischen Ursache. Beeinträchtigungen sind im Sinne dieser Traditionen die Folge einer energetischen Blockade, die solange bestand, dass sie sich zu einem physischen oder psychischem Symptom manifestiert hat. Ziel im Qi Gong ist es mit Hilfe des Körpers, des Geistes und der Atmung die energetische Ursache (energetische Blockaden) von gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen zu lösen, so dass der Körper in Selbstheilung übergehen kann. Auf Grundlage dieser Betrachtungsweise hat Qi Gong eine Fülle von Einsatzgebieten und kann eine Vielzahl von positiven Wirkungen auf Körper, Geist und Seele haben.

 

 

Die unten aufgeführten Effekte können sich als eine mögliche Folge einer regelmäßigen Praxis von Qi Gong oder Tai Chi einstellen:

Zur Erforschung der Effekte von Qi Gong wie auch Tai Chi wurde in den letzten Jahrzehnten eine Vielzahl von wissenschaftlichen Studien mit unterschiedlichen Fragestellungen durchgeführt und zwar nicht nur zum Einsatz von Qi Gong als Selbstübeverfahren, sondern auch über den Einsatz von externem Qi Gong (Qi-Übertragung oder Qi Gong Healing). Grundsätzlich ist Qi Gong für Personen aller Altersklassen und Konstitutionen geeignet, die mehr Eigenverantwortung für ihre Gesundheit übernehmen und für diese selbst aktiv werden möchten. Sowohl die Ausübung von Qi Gong als Selbstübeverfahren als auch externes Qi Gong (Qi Gong Healing), Tai Chi und Quantenheilung können verschiedene Transformationsprozesse auf körperlicher, emotionaler, mentaler und/oder spiritueller Ebene auslösen. Wenn du für dich selbst nicht entscheiden kannst oder unschlüssig bist, ob das Praktizieren von Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Meditation oder Quantenheilung aufgrund deiner physischen oder psychischen Verfassung für dich richtig ist, halte vor Aufnahme der Praxis zunächst Rücksprache mit deinem Arzt, Therapeuten oder Heilpraktiker.
